DIET
I have been on diet since a half month ago. Let me tell you about my days of dieting!
Since the starting, I haven’t eaten chocolate much. I am trying to avoid sweets. At first, the challenge was really really hard for me, because sweets are my hearing for me. When I felt stressful about studying or working, I always ate them and felt relaxed. But now, I can’t eat them to heal me. However I always imagine my body that are nice and slim that I would get in the future so I can continue now. Now I could reduce my weight 2kg from the start. I got it!
When I can gain my iedeal body, I will buy pretty boots that only much the nice legs, wear them and enjoy winter and snow! I am dreaming! For my shaping up, I take a bath for long time everyday recently. In the bath tub, I massage my legs to make them slim!
That is my diet story of the latest my days. I will talk you soon my diet days!

Hey, good luck with your diet! I think giving up sweets is a good thing to do. In exchange, do you eat something else? Sometimes substituting one food for another helps, such as giving up snacks and eating fruit.
Also, imagining your ideal body and what you will do with it once it arrives is very good. “Image training” is very powerful. Thoughts lead to actions, and actions lead to results. Keeping thoughts positive is a good way to go.
